We automatically collect certain information when you access the App. This data helps us troubleshoot crashes, analyze trends, and improve user experience:
- Device Information: We collect data such as your device type, operating system (OS), browser type/language, time zone, system version, signal strength, and mobile service provider.
- Unique Identifiers: We collect device identifiers including Internet Protocol (IP) address, MAC address, IMEI, UDID, and Advertising IDs (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID). Note: Advertising IDs are resettable via your device settings.
- Usage Logs: We record details of your use of the App, including login timestamps, time spent on the App, specific features used, crash logs, and interactions with advertisements (clicks).
C. User Content
- Images: We process images you generate within the App or images you choose to save to your account's Gallery.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected via the App to:
- Provide Services: Operate and maintain the App, including user authentication.
- Improvement: Analyze usage and trends to improve the App's functionality and user experience.

- AI Functionality: Facilitate the "On-Site Composition Suggestion Generation" feature (see Section 3).

3. Third-Party AI Services & Features
The App integrates artificial intelligence technologies to enhance your experience. Specifically, we utilize the Gemini API for the feature labeled "On-Site Composition Suggestion Generation."
- How it Works: When you click the "Inspire Me" button, the specific picture captured is transmitted to the Gemini.
- Purpose: The image is processed solely to generate composition suggestions and creative photography insights for you.
- Data Handling: This data transfer is initiated only by your explicit action (clicking the button).
4. App Permissions
To provide specific features, the App may request the following permissions on your device:
- Camera: Required to capture new images for processing and generation.
- Photo Library: Required to save photo to your local storage.
- Tracking Transparency (iOS): We may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes (via IDFA). You have the right to decline this permission.
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
- Service Providers & Suppliers: We may share information with third-party vendors and suppliers who perform services for us or on our behalf (e.g., data hosting, technical processing, customer service). These parties are contractually obligated to use your data only for the provision of services to Entropix.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to respond to legal process, to comply with applicable laws, to respond to a court order or subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
